Openbucks is a Silicon Valley startup providing access to e-commerce to millions of people previously excluded from it through an innovative cash payments platform.

Openbucks asked The App Solutions to find and recruit experienced, tech-savvy developers who would then be fully integrated into Openbucks’ engineering team.

Developers will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of their features including data modeling, transaction processing, business logic, APIs, and integration of third-party vendors/solutions – all while using several well-thought-out design and development patterns.

We use Applied Solutions for our recruitment and they have been exceptionally skilled – and successful – in finding us the right candidates. Few things are more important to us than our investment in our people, so we truly appreciate this contribution. Their team was a pleasure to work with and the software engineers they found with us were very talented.

The main challenge is finding engineers with the diverse expertise and skills that Openbucks requires.

Our solution

The App Solutions team selected candidates and conducted many rounds of interviews. After our Technical Director has tested the candidates’ professional suitability and selected the best of the best, we presented the candidates to the client.

After the final round of interviews, the selected developers became an integrated part of Openbucks and joined the team to work remotely.
